Zaklad Elementow Sprezystych WSK "PZL Warszawa II" S.A. belongs to the group of major Polish enterprises operating in the field of precision industry in the BUMAR capital group. The production of elastic elements started in 1952 when Wytwornia Sprzetu Komunikacyjnego Warszawa II was established. At that time the technology and production of elastic elements (diaphragms and bellows) were developed and on the basis of these elements a whole family of flight instruments was designed. The national Customers evaluated the instruments very highly. After a while the Company started to export them abroad successfully.

At present, Zaklad Elementow Sprezystych WSK "PZL Warszawa II" S.A., (the acronym: ZES), is one of the largest Polish manufacturers of acid-resistant steel bellows -type compensators and a wide range of other elastic elements. The highly qualified staff of the Production Plant and their long-term designing, technological and production experience as well as modern technical equipment are the main factors which ensure the high quality of the Company's products.

The Quality Assurance System applied in WSK "PZL Warszawa II" S.A. complies with ISO 9001:2000 requirements. The high quality level of production in WSK "PZL Warszawa II", including the Elastic Elements Production Plant is also confirmed by the Production Certificate issued to the Company by the General Inspectorate of Civil Aviation which confirms the application of the JAR-21 standard. Another certificate awarded to the Company is the Quality System Certificate confirming the compliance with the NATO AQAP 2110:2003 Standard.
